Troubleshooting Retainer
Ongoing, light-touch advisory support that keeps your project healthy without adding overhead.
Includes:
2× 60-minute calls per month (or 1× 90 mins + 1× 30 mins) – regular touchpoints to review progress, unblock decisions, and identify risks before they escalate
Async review of 1 artefact per month (timeboxed) – status updates, plans, RAIDs, or key documents reviewed with senior PM lens
Written summary after each call – "Next 3 Actions + Top Risk" to keep the team focused and maintain momentum
